About the Fellowship Programme
For many years, resident plastic surgeons have come to Akademikliniken to benefit from the clinic’s extensive knowledge and experience in plastic surgery. Based on the excellent feedback from former fellows and the strong international interest, we have developed the Akademikliniken Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship Programme.
What We Offer
- Fellowship programmes of 3, 6, or 12 months
- Opportunities to scrub in and assist senior surgeons in a wide range of surgical procedures
- Participation in patient consultations alongside senior surgeons
- Assistance with non-surgical treatments
- A certificate upon successful completion of the fellowship, documenting acquired knowledge and experience
What We Require
- Residency in plastic surgery or board-certified specialist status in your home country. For Sweden last year of specialist education is accepted.
- A written application including CV
- A letter of recommendation
- Availability to attend an interview (at site or digital) at Akademikliniken in Stockholm for final selection
